Store and Service Policy

Please read carefully,

We reserve the right to refuse business to anyone before or after a consultation. We reserve the right to discontinue work with written notice, sent via email, if an unresolvable issue is to arise between Cosmic Aura Blends LLC or its affiliates and a customer.

After you have placed an order please allow 5-6 business days for handling and packaging, before shipment. Please allow the allotted time to elapse before contacting Cosmic Aura Blends LLC or its affiliates regarding your order. All communications regarding orders must be sent via email to info@cosmicaurablends.com.

We do not accept returns and do not offer exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and non-refundable, which includes the sales/purchases of readings and reiki sessions. If you schedule and must reschedule, please send an email to info@cosmicaurablends.com as soon as possible or use the automated email you received upon scheduling. If you schedule and do not wish to have the reading or reiki session you forfeit the purchase and money spent becomes a donation.

If a package is ruined, lost, stolen, damaged, or if it mysteriously vanishes into thin air en route to you, please contact USPS and file a claim.

​

 

All oils sold by Cosmic Aura Blends LLC are intended for external use only. Please keep the products away from your eyes and out of the reach of children. Please exercise wisdom when using the products.

 

Never leave a candle unattended. Please snuff candles out if you will be unable to keep careful watch. Keep candles out of the reach of children.

​

 

If you have made an error in entering your address and your package is returned, you will incur a re-shipping fee to cover the cost of re-shipping your order once it has been retuned-to-sender. This policy is not our preference, nor is it our first choice. However, the simplest solution to this problem is to carefully enter and review your address before placing your order.

​

 

If you realize a problem with your address prior to receiving your tracking number, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to fix it.

 

Orders are shipped most days Monday through Friday. Our business hours are from 10AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time.
